Afghanistan, Sept. 15 -- Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim accused Israel of exploiting negotiations as a war tactic, condemning the recent strike in Doha and warning of Gaza's forced displacement.

Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani accused Israel of turning negotiations into a weapon of war, saying Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu uses talks only as a political ploy to mislead international opinion.

Speaking at an emergency summit of Arab and Islamic leaders in Doha on Monday, Sheikh Tamim described the Israeli strike in the Qatari capital last week as "terrorist and cowardly," condemning what he called deliberate escalation in the Middle East.
