Afghanistan, March 19 -- The Kremlin announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a call with his U.S. counterpart on Tuesday, agreed to a proposal by Donald Trump to halt attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure for 30 days.
According to a White House report, both countries have agreed to begin negotiations for a ceasefire in the Black Sea, which will take place in a Middle Eastern country. Putin emphasized that a halt in weapons deliveries to Ukraine was necessary for a ceasefire to be achieved, calling it a key condition for the deal.
