Afghanistan, Oct. 30 -- Political analyst Ahmad Saeedi claims the United States, Taliban and President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani have their own specific preconditions for the revival of peace talks.

Speaking to Khaama Press, Saeedi said 'three preconditions exist for the revival of peace talks' to find a negotiated settlement for the end of war in Afghanistan.

Saeedi further added "The United States says it will resume peace talks once Taliban release the two American lecturers whom the Haqqani terrorist network is keeping as captives".

However, Saeedi said Taliban demand the release of Anas Haqqani in exchange for the release of the two American University lecturers.
