Afghanistan, April 3 -- March 2025 saw a significant surge in terror attacks in Pakistan, marking the highest number of casualties in a decade.

In March 2025, Pakistan faced the highest number of terrorist attacks in the past decade, according to the Pakistan Institute for Conflict and Security Studies. A total of 105 insurgent attacks resulted in the deaths of 73 security personnel, marking the first time since November 2014 that insurgent attacks surpassed 100.

The report highlights that 228 people were killed, including 73 security forces, 67 civilians, and 88 militants. Additionally, 258 others, including 129 security forces, were injured in these attacks.
