Pakistan's Defence Minister Khawaja Asif described Tuesday's suicide bombing at a judicial complex in Islamabad as a "serious warning," saying the Taliban have now brought the war inside Pakistan.
In a post on social media platform X, Asif said Pakistan was "in a state of war," adding that those who believe the army is only fighting in border areas or Balochistan "must wake up."
He said the attack showed that "this war belongs to all of Pakistan," praising the army for daily sacrifices to protect citizens and maintain security.
