Afghanistan, Nov. 15 -- Pakistan said it will not engage in talks with any militant group, stressing its security concerns and urging decisive action to address rising cross-border threats.

Pakistan said it has never refused dialogue with the Kabul administration but will not negotiate with terrorist groups, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Tahir Andarabi told reporters on Friday.

He said Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) and the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) remain enemies of Pakistan, adding that anyone sheltering or funding them cannot be considered a friend of the Pakistani people.
