Afghanistan, Feb. 1 -- The Pakistani government, led by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, is set to initiate a new phase of mass deportation of Afghan refugees and migrants. The decision has taken by the government of the Pakistan recently.
The first phase of the plan involves the expulsion of Afghan nationals who lack official residency documents and holders of the Afghan Citizen Card (ACC). These individuals will be deported from Islamabad and Rawalpindi to Afghanistan. The total number of undocumented migrants and ACC holders is yet to be disclosed.
The ACC card is issued to Afghan nationals recognized as legal migrants in Pakistan, indicating their legal status within the country.
