Pakistani authorities have arrested four individuals suspected of involvement in a suicide bombing at Islamabad's judicial complex, which killed 12 people and injured several others, officials said.
The attacker, identified as Usman or Qari, was an Afghan from Nangarhar. Officials said suspect Sajidullah claimed the operation was ordered by TTP commander Saeed-ur-Rehman, allegedly coordinating from Afghanistan.
