Afghanistan, Feb. 25 -- Hassan Kazemi Qomi, the special representative of the Iranian president for Afghanistan, stated that currently, more than 6 million Afghan migrants are living in Iran.

Mr. Qomi, made these remarks on Saturday, February 24th, during an interview with an Iranian media outlet.

The special representative of the Iranian president added, "The migration of people from Afghanistan is due to the crises created by the Americans in that country."

The Taliban has not yet commented on this statistic given by the Iranian representative about the Afghan migrants in Iran, but the trend of expelling migrants by the Islamic Republic of Iran has continued recently.
