Afghanistan, Feb. 13 -- Mohammad Kamal Afghan, spokesperson for the Ministry of Urban Development in Kabul, confirmed the explosion at the ministry, stating that one person was killed and three others were injured.
The Ministry of Urban Development and Housing of the Taliban was targeted in a suicide attack today, Thursday, February 13. The incident occurred in the 9th security district of Kabul city.
According to sources, a suicide bomber attempted to enter the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing but was intercepted by security forces before detonating themselves.
