North Korea has declared that denuclearising the Korean Peninsula is an "unrealistic dream," dismissing South Korea's plans to raise the issue during upcoming talks with China, Reuters reported. The statement comes just hours before Chinese President Xi Jinping and South Korean President Lee Jae-myung are set to meet on the sidelines of the APEC summit in Gyeongju.
