Afghanistan, July 21 -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is recovering from food poisoning and will carry out his official duties from home for the next three days.

The office of the Israeli Prime Minister announced that Benjamin Netanyahu has been diagnosed with food poisoning and is currently recuperating. Over the next 72 hours, he will continue his duties remotely from home while receiving medical care.

Officials say Netanyahu's condition is steadily improving. He is under medical supervision and being treated for dehydration and intestinal inflammation. Intravenous fluids are being administered to aid his recovery.
