Afghanistan, Sept. 15 -- Nangarhar officials said an explosion shook Angur Bagh are of PD2 in Nangarhar city at around 10am Tuesday, killing at least one security officer.
"One person was killed and three others were injured in the incident", Ataullah Khogyani spokesperson to the city's governor said to the press.
According to khogyani, the killed individual was an NDS soldier, and the cause for the blast was a roadside IED.
The incident happens, as the international allies call for the reduction of violence during the peace negotiations
