Afghanistan, Feb. 3 -- Pakistan says it has received requests from at least five countries in recent months seeking to purchase JF-17 fighter jets, signaling growing international interest in the aircraft.
According to a Bloomberg report published Tuesday, Pakistani military officials confirmed that Iraq, Bangladesh and Indonesia have expressed interest in acquiring the fighter jets.
Officials further noted that Saudi Arabia and Libya are also reviewing potential purchases, although no final agreements have yet been announced.
Interest in the JF-17 increased after Pakistan described the aircraft's performance during clashes with India in May 2025 as successful, boosting its export appeal.
