Afghanistan, Dec. 13 -- Russia has sharply criticized the European Union's decision to indefinitely freeze Russian state assets, warning of legal violations and potential retaliatory measures.
Russia has accused European Union countries of acting in bad faith after the EU Council agreed to indefinitely freeze Russian state assets held within the bloc.
