Afghanistan, Feb. 28 -- Zalmay Khalilzad to Afghanistan reconciliation has reportedly embarked on another trip to countries involved in the Afghan peace process, the visits are aimed at strengthening the peace negotiations in Doha, Qatar.
Khalilzad who currently is in German will travel to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Qatar, and UAE, and other regional countries, sources told media.
According to reports, the Afghan State Ministry for Peace Affairs is hopeful of the US envoy's upcoming regional visits.
Sayed Sadat Mansoor Naderi, State Minister for Peace has welcomed Khalilzad's trip and hoped that his upcoming trip will be more effective in supporting the peace process in Afghanistan.
