Afghanistan, Nov. 30 -- Kabul has hinted at possible Pakistan ISI involvement in the Washington shooting, urging a neutral international probe to determine who orchestrated the attack.

The Taliban has alleged that Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) may be attempting to implicate Afghanistan in the recent shooting near the White House, urging Washington to conduct a neutral and comprehensive investigation, reported by News 18.

Taliban spokesperson Suhail Shaheen told CNN-News18 that Kabul "does not rule out any possibility," including involvement by external intelligence networks seeking to portray Afghans as a security threat.
