On the first anniversary of Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani's assassination, Taliban-affiliated media released new footage claiming to show "confessions" from an Islamic State (ISIS-K) member allegedly involved in the attack. Haqqani, a senior figure in the Haqqani Network and former Taliban Minister for Refugees, was killed in a suicide bombing inside the ministry compound in Kabul.
