Afghanistan, Nov. 5 -- A Kabul delegation led by intelligence chief Abdul Haq Wasiq is traveling to Turkey for a new round of talks with Pakistan.
According to reports, Wasiq's delegation will meet Pakistani officials led by Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) chief Asim Munir to discuss border tensions.
The third round of negotiations, set for Thursday in Istanbul, is being mediated by Turkey and Qatar to ease mounting strains between the two countries.
Earlier talks were held in Doha and Istanbul, but the second round ended without progress due to sharp differences over cross-border militant activity.
