Afghanistan, May 22 -- Pakistani media reports that Kabul and Islamabad have agreed to appoint new ambassadors to enhance diplomatic ties and cooperation soon.
The Pakistani Foreign Minister, Mohammad Ishaq Dar, and Taliban Foreign Minister, Amir Khan Muttaqi, have reached an agreement to exchange ambassadors, aiming to strengthen diplomatic relations between Pakistan and the Taliban-led government in Afghanistan.
