Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, a splinter faction of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), claimed responsibility for Tuesday's suicide bombing inside a judicial complex in Islamabad's G-11 sector.
According to Pakistani media, the group said the attack was carried out inside the court compound, targeting what it described as "state officials." Pakistani security officials confirmed the explosion was a suicide blast.
The TTP, however, issued a separate statement denying any involvement in the attack and distancing itself from Jamaat-ul-Ahrar's claim. The group said it had "no connection" with ...
