Afghanistan, June 11 -- Israel arrested a 13-year-old boy in Tel Aviv, suspecting him of spying for Iran after contact via Telegram.

A 13-year-old boy has been detained in Tel Aviv on suspicion of collaborating with Iranian intelligence agents, according to The Jerusalem Post. The arrest was carried out by Israeli police in coordination with Shin Bet, Israel's internal security agency.

The investigation revealed that Iranian operatives contacted the teenager via Telegram and asked him to photograph Israel's Iron Dome missile defense system. While the boy admitted receiving such instructions, he reportedly did not follow through with the task.
