Afghanistan, Feb. 1 -- Sara Adam, a former member of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), stated that both al-Qaeda and ISIS have an active presence along the border areas of Pakistan and Afghanistan. She shared these comments on Friday, January 31, in a post on X (formerly Twitter).
