Afghanistan, June 14 -- An Iranian official confirmed the arrest of the suspect responsible for the murder of Afghan migrant Kobra Rezaei in Tehran.

Akbar Arabi, the Police Chief of Pishva County, Tehran Province, announced the arrest of the murderer of Kobra Rezaei, an Afghan migrant woman. During questioning, the suspect confessed to the crime and, after completing initial investigations, was sent to jail.

Iranian domestic media reported on June 13, quoting Arabi, who stated that intelligence and operational efforts led to the identification and immediate arrest of the suspect. However, the identity of the accused has not been disclosed yet.
