Afghanistan, Dec. 14 -- Iran said stability in Afghanistan is a strategic necessity for regional security as neighbouring countries met in Tehran to discuss cooperation, dialogue mechanisms and future economic coordination.
Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said on Sunday that stability in Afghanistan is a strategic necessity for the entire region, stressing that the country's security is directly linked to the interests of all its neighbours. He made the remarks at a regional meeting on Afghanistan hosted in Tehran.
