Afghanistan, Feb. 7 -- Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has strongly criticized the idea of negotiating with the United States over Iran's nuclear program, calling such talks neither wise nor honorable.
Khamenei stated that past experiences have shown that negotiating with the United States does not resolve Iran's issues. During a meeting with Iranian Air Force commanders on February 7, he emphasized that negotiating with the U.S. is neither wise, honorable, nor intelligent.
Khamenei further explained that Iran should not be misled into thinking that sitting down at the negotiation table with the U.S. would automatically solve the country's challenges. He pointed to past negotiations between the Iranian government and the U.S....
