Iran Human Rights said at least 45 people have been killed and hundreds wounded as nationwide protests entered their thirteenth day, marking one of the deadliest unrest waves in recent months.
In a statement on Thursday, January 8, the rights group said more than 2,000 protesters have been arrested across the country amid a sweeping security crackdown.
