Iran's Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, has proposed the formation of a Shanghai Regional Security Forum. The proposed forum would involve the defense and intelligence agencies of member countries to address growing shared threats, including terrorism, extremism, organized crime, and cyberattacks.
