Afghanistan, June 14 -- Iran blames the U.S. for facilitating Israel's airstrikes, which killed 78, and dismisses upcoming nuclear talks as meaningless.

Following Israel's extensive airstrikes on Iran, which resulted in the deaths of 78 individuals, including senior officials, Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesperson, Esmail Baghai, dismissed further nuclear negotiations with the United States as "meaningless." Despite this, he refrained from officially canceling the upcoming talks.

Reports indicate that the next round of nuclear discussions between the U.S. and Iran was scheduled for Sunday, June 15, in Oman. However, the aftermath of the Israeli attacks has significantly altered the diplomatic atmosphere between the two nations.
