Afghanistan, Sept. 10 -- UN has said that billions of dollars of Afghanistan have been frozen by the international community which will lead to an economic downturn, thus the international community should let the flow of money to Afghanistan withhold humanitarian crisis.

The UN was also disappointed with the new cabinet announced by the Taliban as it does not include women, officials from the previous government, minorities, and people from different classes of the community.
