Afghanistan, July 17 -- ICC judges dismissed Israel's appeal, upholding arrest warrant requests for Netanyahu and Gallant over alleged Gaza war crimes.
On Wednesday, the judges of the International Criminal Court (ICC) rejected Israel's request to revoke arrest warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.
Israel, which is not a party to the ICC, has argued that the court has no jurisdiction to investigate the country's actions in the Gaza conflict.
The arrest warrants, issued on November 21, target Netanyahu, Gallant, and Hamas leader Ibrahim al-Masri on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity.
