Afghanistan, July 23 -- A deepening humanitarian catastrophe grips Gaza as 15 more people, including four children, tragically die from starvation amid ongoing siege and aid blockade.

The Gaza Health Ministry announced on Tuesday that 15 more people have died from hunger in the region. This brings the total number of starvation-related deaths since the beginning of the war and the siege on Gaza to 101, of which at least 80 were children.

This increase in fatalities comes as the humanitarian crisis in Gaza has sharply intensified following five months of a strict Israeli blockade. Since March, the Israeli military has closed all entry points for goods, food, fuel, water, and humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.
