Afghanistan, Feb. 11 -- Reports indicated that Hamas accused Israel of repeatedly violating the ceasefire agreement between the two sides on Monday and announced that the release of hostages planned for Saturday would be delayed.

NBC News reported on Monday, February 10, that Hamas claimed Tel Aviv violated the terms of the Gaza ceasefire agreement.

Since the first phase of the ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel last month, five exchanges have occurred, leading to the release of 21 Israeli hostages held by Hamas and over 730 Palestinian prisoners held by Israel.

In the next planned exchange, set for Saturday, three more Israeli hostages were to be released in exchange for the freedom of hundreds of Palestinian prisoners.
