Afghanistan, Feb. 3 -- Pakistani media has reported that three security personnel and two civilians have lost their lives in an attack by unknown gunmen.

The Express Tribune Pakistan, in a report published today, Monday, February 3, stated that armed assailants attacked a vehicle carrying Pakistani soldiers in the Dera Ismail Khan area.

According to security sources, the gunmen targeted the vehicle carrying security forces as it was traveling from Balochistan to Dera Ismail Khan in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.

At least three soldiers, the driver, and one civilian were killed in the attack. No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far, although the Pakistani Taliban (TTP) has previously taken responsibility for many such ...
