Afghanistan, July 23 -- Flash floods in Khost and Paktia provinces have caused severe damage to homes and farmland, killing three people and disrupting local communities.
Recent flash floods have swept through several districts in Afghanistan's eastern provinces of Khost and Paktia, causing extensive financial damage and claiming the lives of three people, local sources report.
Local officials confirmed that the floods struck Wazi district in Paktia province and the Nadershah Kot, Zazi Maidan, and Sabari districts in Khost province, severely affecting these areas.
