Afghanistan, Dec. 6 -- World leaders have gathered in Qatar for the 23rd Doha Forum to discuss global crises, regional tensions, humanitarian challenges, and international cooperation.

The annual Doha Forum opened on Saturday in Qatar, bringing together representatives from more than 160 countries under the theme "Justice in Action: Beyond Promises to Progress." The event will continue until December 8 and places Afghanistan and Gaza among its key priorities.

In his opening remarks, Qatar's Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, emphasized the country's continued mediation efforts to help secure a ceasefire in Gaza and reduce broader regional tensions.
