Afghanistan, July 16 -- The disappearance of Afghan migrant girl, Farida Mohammadi, in Iran has raised alarms over the safety of migrants.
Farida Mohammadi, a 15-year-old Afghan migrant girl, has been missing since July 9th in Islamshahr, Tehran. She disappeared after leaving her sewing workshop at noon, and there has been no information about her whereabouts. Her family has filed a report, and Afghanistan embassy officials have requested cooperation from Iranian security forces, but there have been no updates yet.
Farida, who worked in a sewing workshop in Tehran's Salehabad district, was last seen after lunch. Her family confirmed to Khaama Press that she did not return after leaving work. Iranian police have been investigating the case...
