Afghanistan, Jan. 20 -- China urged its citizens to avoid travel to Afghanistan after a deadly explosion hit a Chinese restaurant in central Kabul.
China's embassy in Kabul on Monday warned that Afghanistan's security situation remains fragile following a deadly restaurant explosion in the capital.
