A Belarusian man has been arrested at Moscow's Sheremetyevo Airport for allegedly assaulting a two-year-old Afghan child. The incident occurred on June 23 when the 31-year-old, identified as Vladimir Vitkov, approached the child, who was traveling with his mother after fleeing the conflict in Iran. He reportedly grabbed the child and threw him forcefully to the ground.
