At least nine people were killed and more than 20 injured after a powerful explosion ripped through a parked car outside a district court in Pakistan's capital on Tuesday, officials said. Many of the wounded were taken to Islamabad's Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Hospital, where several remain in critical condition.
