Afghanistan, April 12 -- At least eight Pakistani nationals were killed in an armed attack in eastern Iran's Sistan and Baluchestan province.

At least eight Pakistani nationals were killed in the eastern Iranian province of Sistan and Baluchestan, near the Afghanistan's border, by unidentified gunmen. The attack took place in the early hours of Saturday, April 12, 2025, in the village of "Hizabad-e-Paeen" in the Mehrestan district.

According to reports from the Halwosh news agency, the gunmen opened fire on the victims and then fled the scene. All the victims were reportedly mechanics.
