Afghanistan, March 9 -- Amir Khan Muttaqi, the Taliban's foreign minister, traveled to Oman on Sunday, March 9. The Taliban Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a press release that Muttaqi's visit was at the invitation of Oman's Foreign Minister, Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi.
