Afghanistan, Sept. 13 -- Acting minister of foreign affairs of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Amir Khan Motaqi said that Afghanistan will see an expansion of international engagement with the world.
Prior to that, the deputy minister of information and culture and spokesperson of the Taliban Zabiullah Mujahid had said that the world will recognize them soon.
