Afghanistan, Nov. 29 -- Ministry of Public Health reported Sunday, that out of 1,387 samples, 252 cases have turned positive in the last 24 hours.

At least 147,800 people have so far been tested in the governmental labs, and there still are 7,418 known active cases in the country.

According to the ministry, within 24 hours, 87 individuals have Recovered from COVID-19, and 11 individuals are reported dead.

The new cases recorded in Kabul are 48, Herat 13, Kandahar Eight, Nangarhar 13, Takhar 153, Badakhshan 15, Helmand One, and Laghman One.

The total number of cases in Afghanistan is 46,215, Total deaths are 1,763 and the total recoveries are recorded 36,731.
