Afghanistan, Feb. 27 -- The Afghanistan Red Crescent Society has announced the distribution of cash assistance to families affected by the recent rains and floods in Farah.
The organization stated on Thursday, February 27 on its X account that a total of 460,000 Afghanis in cash assistance was distributed to the families of 21 victims and 4 injured individuals who had lost their lives in the recent heavy rains and floods in Farah province.
Officials at the organization mentioned that 20,000 Afghanis were distributed to the family of each deceased person, and 10,000 Afghanis to each family of the injured.
