Kabul and Islamabad representatives resumed negotiations in Istanbul on Thursday afternoon, marking the fourth round of discussions aimed at reducing cross-border tensions, Reuters reported. Turkish and Qatari diplomats are mediating the renewed talks following an earlier collapse earlier in the week.
