British media reported on Monday that 30-year-old Afghan asylum seeker Sohail Amiri admitted to sexually assaulting two women and attempting to assault a third, Reuters sources said. He was also found guilty of illegally remaining in the UK, and will face sentencing following his admission.
According to the Daily Telegraph, Amiri, who lives in Southampton, assaulted the two women on October 1 and December 4. He denied the charge related to the third woman.
