Afghanistan, Jan. 31 -- According to the reports, 30,000 citizens will travel to Saudi Arabia this year for Hajj, with total costs exceeding seven billion Afghanis.

The Taliban's Ministry of Guidance, Hajj, and Religious Endowments announced that 30,000 Afghans are scheduled to travel to Saudi Arabia for Hajj this year.

Taliban Minister Noor Mohammad Saqib said on Saturday, January 31, that Saudi Arabia has allocated Afghanistan a quota of 30,000 pilgrims.

The minister added that the cost for each pilgrim is set at 266,400 Afghanis, totaling over 7.818 billion Afghanis for the entire delegation.
