Afghanistan, Feb. 17 -- The Ministry of Refugees and Repatriation has announced that 26 Afghan prisoners have been released from Pakistani prisons and returned to Afghanistan.
According to the statement on Monday, the 26 prisoners cross into Afghanistan through various border crossings after their release.
The ministry added that these recently freed migrants were detained in different cities of Pakistan due to lacking legal documentation before being imprisoned.
According to the ministry, the prisoners had been held in detention for two to three months before being returned to Afghanistan after their release.
