SRINAGAR, Sept. 30 -- Sanjay Tickoo, who heads the Kashmiri Pandit Sangharsh Samiti (KPSS), today ended his fast-unto-death after the Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar gave him assurance of "taking to logical conclusion" the demands of the organisation that works for the welfare of non-migrant Kashmiri Hindus.

Tickoo and several other members of the KPSS have been sitting on hunger strike inside Ganpatyar Temple in Habbakadal. Today, was the tenth day of their protest.
